DPWH Goes to places, a viral photoshopped photos started when blogger Controller Chaos noticed from his post a DPWH Photoshop fail.
With that, many versions went out and as amateur Photoshop user, I'm glad to include my version. Photos when Cotabato was hit by flood this year.
