Yesterday, I read from Washington Post about the high school student who jumped off the bridge to take his own life because of humiliation. According to report, Tyler Clementi committed suicide because of his s*x video broadcasted by a roommate over the Internet. His roommate Ravi started spreading gossips about Tyler and his activities via his Twitter.

Ravi tweeted on September 19 on his Twitter account :

 "Roommate asked for the room till midnight. I went into molly's room and turned on my webcam. I saw him making out with a dude. Yay."

Three days later, Tyler updated his Facebook status with a message “Jumping off the gw bridge sorry” and his family confirmed the suicide.

According to the survey of Massachusetts Youth Risk Behavior Survey in 2005,

“teens who identify themselves as gay, lesbian or bisexual, or who report having any same-sex sexual contact, are four times more likely to have attempted suicide in the past year than their straight classmates. teens who identify themselves as gay, lesbian or bisexual, or who report having any same-sex sexual contact, are four times more likely to have attempted suicide in the past year than their straight classmates.” ABC News Report.

The following teens who also committed suicide because of getting bullied.

• Seth Walsh, a 13-year-old from Tehachapi, Calif., hanged himself from a tree in his backyard. Authorities say other teens had taunted the boy for being gay. He died Tuesday afternoon after nine days on life support.
• Asher Brown, 13, an eighth-grader in Houston, fatally shot himself in the head last week after enduring what his mother and stepfather said was constant harassment from four other students at his school for being gay.
• Billy (William) Lucas, 15, a student at Greensburg Community High School in Greensburg, Ind., was found dead after he reportedly hanged himself in a barn at his grandmother's home last Thursday evening. Friends said the torment that Lucas endured included taunts that questioned his sexual orientation.

Paris Hilton and boyfriend Cy Waits

According to TMZ, the couple were cited to hit-and-run a female photographer with a Bentle.

It was reported that the couple allegedly drove away after hitting the female photographer, and paramedics were called to take the photog to the hospital. Waits was also reportedly returned to the scene later but Paris Hilton was not with him anymore. TMZ sources close to Paris' boyfriend informed that he hadn't realized he allegedly hit someone until he received a text message later in the night. Waits immediately informed the police and returned to the scene.

According also to TMZ,  officer confirmed the citing of Waits but night club mogul denies it. Waits also believed that the photographer placed him under citizen's arrest and cops were obligated to sign the citizen's arrest form.

Paris tweeted after the incident : "Lovely evening with friends and family ruined by aggressive paparazzi. They are literally insane!" Check here.

Google Doodle Today : The Flintstones

After Google celebrated its 12th Birthday with a doodle. Today, Google tribute its doodle to the 50th Anniversary of The Flintstones.

The Flintstones is just one of the Hanna-Barbera Productions cartoons I used to watch during my grade school. Though Tom and Jerry is my favorite one.

Happy 12th Birthday Google

I first received my very first Google Adsense income last month and it tasted so well. Today is Google's 12th year of existence and from its inception and start of gaining popularity, it didn't fail us to cater new product or services.



For this year only, the following innovations are so far I remember that I've enjoyed.

1. Priority Inbox - one of the smartest way to sort out your email is to use this feature
2. Google Voice - Chat within a browser is not new anymore but, a voice call to mobile and land line phones within a browser is really new this year. Although competing with Skype's VOIP is something like rocket science exploration for Google.
3. Drag and drop with Gmail - I'm really enjoying this Gmail's feature as it lessen my time looking for the file i wanted to browse. Also, if you're using Chrome, you can also save it by dragging the link onto your desktop to download it.
4. Google's Instant Search - One thumbs up! The other one is for missing the accuracy of what we wanted look for.

What else? And oh by the way, the Adsense and Google Webmasters updated its features too. Actually, there are too many stuff added to other Google products. What I have here are just a few of them.

P.S. Google Wave waves goodbye but it was opened-source to developers for further contribution from open source community.

Facebook apologized for its DNS Error

Perhaps the 500 million users overloaded the hardware facilities which resulted to Facebook DNS Error today. Facebook has never experience the similar error in the past four years of its existence as posted from their Notes wall.


This is the worst outage we’ve had in over four years, and we wanted to first of all apologize for it.

Facebook went to outage for about two and half hours on Thursday. According to Robert Johnson of Facebook, The key flaw that caused this outage to be so severe was an unfortunate handling of an error condition. An automated system for verifying configuration values ended up causing much more damage than it fixed.

To address the problem, the site temporarily turned off by Facebook to stop all transactions to the database in which "Facebook DNS Error" showed to the Facebook.

The way to stop the feedback cycle was quite painful - we had to stop all traffic to this database cluster, which meant turning off the site. Once the databases had recovered and the root cause had been fixed, we slowly allowed more people back onto the site.

Katy Perry's Sesame Street appearance outraged parents

Is it hot or cold to see Katy Perry's cleavage in a children TV show, particularly to the long time running Sesame Street?.

According to TMZ reports, parents quickly fired off angry letters, demanding it not to be broadcast and complained,  "They're gonna have to rename it cleavage avenue,"

Sesame Street representatives sided with the angry parents saying :

"'Sesame Street' has a long history of working with celebrities across all genres, including athletes, actors, musicians and artists. 'Sesame Street' has always been written on two levels, for the child and adult. We use parodies and celebrity segments to interest adults in the show because we know that a child learns best when co-viewing with a parent or care-giver. In light of the feedback we’ve received on the Katy Perry music video which was released on You Tube only, we have decided we will not air the segment on the television broadcast of 'Sesame Street,' which is aimed at preschoolers. --As a fan of Sesame Street and also Katy Perry, I don't really find it offending after all.

Similac formula milk recall;Beetles found

An Abbot product milk Similac Formula recall by company for allegedly containing beetles.

Popular brand milk Similac formula with  lot numbers 87932T20, 88117T26, 78208T2,88136T20,91433t20 and 90372T20 were the lot numbers of 5 million cans to be recalled as announced by Abbott Laboratories.

According to Abbott spokeswoman Melissa Brotz after small insects were discovered in the cans of milk that are produced at a manufacturing facility in Sturgis, Michigan it was decided to recall several products.

Abbott is initiating a proactive, voluntary recall of certain Similac-brand, powder infant formulas in the U.S., Puerto Rico, Guam and some countries in the Caribbean.


Abbott is recalling these products following an internal quality review, which detected the remote possibility of the presence of a small common beetle in the product produced in one production area in a single manufacturing facility. The United States Food and Drug Adminstration (FDA) has determined that while the formula containing these beetles poses no immediate health risk, there is a possibility that infants who consume formula containing the beetles or their larvae, could experience symptoms of gastrointestinal discomfort and refusal to eat as a result of small insect parts irritating the GI tract. If these symptoms persist for more than a few days, a physician should be consulted.


The recall of these powder infant formulas includes:
Certain Similac powder product lines offered in plastic containers.
Certain Similac powder product lines offered in 8-ounce, 12.4-ounce and 12.9-ounce cans.
To immediately find out if the product in your possession is included in this recall, parents and caregivers should visit www.similac.com/recall/lookup, and type in their lot number to determine if their product is affected, or call (800) 986-8850.

Justin Bieber kissing Jasmine Villegas

Justine Bieber's female fans could be dying to have his kiss but unfortunately they'll die wanting to be in Jasmine Villegas's shoe.

TMZ, site known for having Hollywood gossips have pictures of Justin Bieber and Jasmine Villegas making out inside the car. Although the though repeatedly denied that they are more than friends, kissing at the back of the car might still be a sign of being "cool friends".

Jasmine Villegas who also appeared in Justin Bieber's music video Baby, will also be appearing in Bieber's concert tour with an opening act.

According to TMZ, a Canadian tourist noticed Justin Bieber in the midst of a make-out session with the luckiest teenage girl who happens to be Jasmine Villegas last September 9 in Venice, CA.

Bruno Mars arrested for drug possession

Do they got Nothing on You baby? Well, it seems like officers got some narcotics on you baby.

Bruno Mars who sang the chorus of B.O.B's hit song Nothin on you and recently performed with Paramore's Hayley Williams and B.o.B during the MTV VMA last week.

According to MTV network news, the singer/songwriter was arrested at 2:40 a.m. on Sunday, after security at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino confronted him in a bathroom and allegedly found him to be in possession of narcotics. 

Before Bruno was arrested, he tweeted Come See Me @ the Hard Rock 2nite!! VEGAS!! to invite his fans to watch him perform. After that tweet, he then followed it up with [tweet] "Texas is dope! I'm in Dallas rite now looking forward to meeting some folks @ radio stations. The arrest already had happened, sounds like he's confirming the incident.

Meanwhile, spokeperson of Bruno Mars still have Nothing to say since they were not able to reached according to medias.

Lucas Cruikshank's 'Fred: The Movie'

Youtube's role in making artists and discovering talents has been astounding ever since it went out to public. We wouldn't have Justin Bieber, Charice and other star who started from the said website.

Lucas Cruikshank was able to tapped Youtube's potential that gave him an opportunity to be one of Nickelodeon's latest project which feature his character creation named Fred Figglehorn. Fred Figglehorn, a fictional 6-year-old boy which he created has a dysfunctional home life and "anger management issues", which has been out on Nickelodeon.

‘America’s Got Talent’: Jackie Evancho, not a winner

For Jackie Evancho's fans and who people like me who expected her to win may have felt disappointed. If you are looking for information regarding the America's Got Talent Winner, it's clearly been said from my title that the young opera singer Jackie didn't make it to million despite the media coverage and and becoming one of the Youtube sensation for the past few weeks.

Is this a repeat of what Susan Boyle have experienced in Britain's Got Talent? Obviously it is. Does America's Got Talent franchise what Britain did? Susan who didn't won somehow sold a million copies of her album despite of losing the competition. This is really disappointing. They are supposed to discover great talent but turns out that it's a failure. Lesson learned. Well, being young is not worth awarding a million because they will just buy chocolates, kidding.

Two things is really sure here, Jackie Evancho didn't win but eventually will be more popular than Michael Grimm. Jackie will still be love and watch over video sharing sites compare to Grimm.

Eminem & Jay Z Concert.. The Best!

Eddie Blackmon said. "It was wonderful to see two of the greatest MCs in the history [of hip-hop], Jay-Z and Eminem, come together and put this on at Yankee Stadium,"

For me, it wasn't just wonderful. It's The BEST! What's make best is its rarity. It's rare to see two different rapper coming from different rap group or clan working together. It's like Big Daddy working with Tupac or let say 50 Cent and Ja Rule or any rap rivals ever existed. Though Jay Z had a feud with Nas [check here] which they have already put into closure after his concert "I Declare War".For the love of music I don't have idea if the two ever have war against each other. As to Eminem, artists like Britney, Cristina Aguillera, N Sync, BackStreetBoys and other Pop artists hated him for being so mean and attacking them through his lyrics.

Music aside, Eminem and Jay Z are musically have different beats, sounds and of course lyrical contents. Eminem usually have angst with his music or sometimes funny while Jay Z, most of his works I've known him are collaborations. I like Jay Z's collaboration with Linkin Park Numb/Encore and other collaborations with R&B artists like Rihanna, Mariah and of course Beyonce.

Now about the concert, well, Jay-Z And Eminem just brought  tears to the fans before it totally ended, that is according to MTV News. I haven't watched or heard of their live performances but I will surely enjoy it though. I'll wait for it on Youtbe. The two high profile hip-hop don't need to wear Lady Gaga's meat dress for me to enjoy watching their performances.

Aside from Eminem and Jay Z's performance, artists Kanye West, Beyoncé, Nicki Minaj, Dr. Dre, Drake and 50 Cent and G-Unit also performed.

I'm actually so so busy but I really can't miss posting anything here since I have promised myself to keep my blog updated.

I first noticed rap battle video of FlipTop - Dello vs Target on Facebook and since then rap battles started coming out from different places on Youtube and as a fan of rap battles which I learned to appreciate from 8 Mile movie of Eminem, I can't resist having a post of these emerging rap battles.

When is Eid ul Fitr 2010 : Cotabato City

When is Eid ul Fitr 2010, question we are also been swirling here in Philippines particularly Cotabato City. I prayed Tarawih (the night prayer during Ramadhan) earlier tonight and the Ustadz told us that since we from Cotabato City started our fasting night of August 11, we will start looking for the first appearance of the moon of Sawwal tomorrow night. If the moon will not be seen then we will pray for Eid ul Fitr on September 10.

Compare to other Arab countries like Saudi, Qatar, Libya and even USA, they all started their fasting day ahead of us. According to some relatives and friends in Saudi they are also waiting for announcement after sunset prayer (Maghrib) and they'll be looking for the appearance of the moon representing the month of Sawwal.

Have you missed the Google logo for September 7 or the Google logo balls ?

You may watch the video embedded below which shows what happen to Google logo when you mouse over it. Some called it anti-mouse Google logo or Google logo balls. September 7 Google logo was so different from other Google doodles.

Google is known for doing doodles for its logo or you may visit their archives of other logos. Perhaps one of my favorites was last years' series of Sesame Street Google doodle. The series starts with Cookie Monster as Google logo and ended up with the Sesame Street Ensemble . It was done by Google in recognition of the 40th anniversary of the children TV show.

Mel B's It's a Scary World and denied divorce rumor

Melanie Brown aka Mel B or Scary Spice of the popular girl band group Spice Girls is rumored to have divorced with her husband Stephen Belafonte. Rumor spreads after Mel B's TV show It's A Scary World premiered at Style network. Mel B denied the rumor and says “We are very tight, these rumors get spread and snowball. We are far from getting divorced,”

Meanwhile, Mel B broke down in tears after as she recalled how ex-lover Eddie Murphy denied that he was the father of their baby daughter Angel Iris. For Mel B, her pregnancy with Angel Iris was 'horrible time'.

I wrote a song for Taylor Swift that's so beautiful and I want her to have it. If she won't take it then I'll perform it for her. ... She had nothing to do with my issues with award shows. She had no idea what hit her. She's just a lil girl with dreams like the rest of us. She deserves the apology more than anyone. ... We're both artist (sic) and the media and managers are trying to get between us. Everyone wants to capitalize off this (in) some way. I'm ready to get out of my own way. The ego is overdone... it's like hoodies.

Well, to Kanye let's wait what Taylor would say. Maybe she'll be writing back a song for you. I think the entertainment industry should really give a chance and stop hating him, after all he already asked for forgiveness via his Twitter which you can still access here. Kanye West, should Taylor Swift's fans forgive him?

Kanye West, should Taylor Swift's fans forgive him?

I just visited Kanye West's Twitter account today and noticed most of his tweets contains "forgive", "grown" and the most latest (as of this writing) I'm sorry Taylor. I was really surprised that it was all about Taylor Swift and people who still hate him after a year of what he did to her during the MTV Video Music Awards 2009.


Well, I decided to copy Kanye's entire page's tweets cause this is entirely historic. I feel like, the entire page should be saved for music industry's history.  I retained the links so that it could still be visited and read. 


I guess Kanye really grow up this time around. Not really a big fan of both artist but I think Taylor's fans should forgive the guy.

Naruto Shippuden movie 4 : The Lost Tower Trailer

Naruto Shippuden, one of the popular anime series of today's generation is set to release its latest movie. According to Wikipedia, Naruto Shippuden Movie 4 entitled The Lost Tower was already released July 31,2010 but not I guess it's not really actual.

It gets me so excited to watch the movie, based from the Naruto Shippuden movie 4, The Lost Tower Trailer, it's really intriguing to learn as to why Naruto don't have any idea why he didn't know that Minato Namikaze, the Fourth Hokage was his father.Well, let's just wait and see. To all Naruto fans, what can you say?

Assigned on a mission to capture Mukade, a missing-nin, Naruto Uzumaki sets out for the once glorious historic ruins of Rouran (楼蘭), where he pursues and corners the rogue ninja. Mukade's goal is revealed to be a dormant leyline within the ruins; he unleashes the power of the leyline, causing a light to envelop Naruto, sending him twenty years into the past. When Naruto awakens, he comes into contact with his father (the future Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze). One trailer has shown that during this period, Minato was on a team with Shibi Aburame and Chōza Akimichi, seeking to intervene in the conflicts enveloping Roland, with its princess Sarah in the middle of the crisis. A young Kakashi Hatake is tagging along with them. In the trailer, Naruto is seen wielding a chakra infused kunai-like blade and fighting unknown mechanical figures. Making Money Online can be frustrating

There are hundred of ways to make money online and yet about 3 years ago only pay per click (PPC) advertisement and Google Adsense are familiar to me. Last year I actually on and off updating this blog researching and quitting again just a typical guy who wants to make money online in an instant without digging much deeper as recommended by people who are now earning regularly.


Fortunately this year, I was given by my colleague Ark a keyword to search engine optimized and explore more about it. From searching the volume of search pertaining to the keyword and its results, linking here and there, it gave me a full-blown information about SEO which I wish I learned sooner. The SEO technique taught to me by Ark are also techniques he learned from two popular two bloggers who created the E-book Guerilla Blogging namely Zigfred Diaz and Marhgil Macuha. It was like a spoon feed. Really appreciate it Ark! Diaz and Macuha are just two of the brilliant bloggers from Philippines who shared their ideas without hesitation. Guess they are acknowledged everyday with the e-book they shared to blogger like me who are dying to learn how to increase their earnings from Adsense. 


I was actually frustrated or not really looking forward to earn money online but as soon as my site traffic rises from 20 unique visitors to 400 plus or at most 1000 plus, my typical Adsense income per day of less than a dollar also rises up from $1 up to $5 dollar at most (If i get lucky or depending on page CTR and eCPM rate). All done by SEO. See traffic stats below.

I must admit, I am not really good in writing and most of my posts are grammatically wrong but I also strive to correct them as soon as I've noticed it. But why I'm still going on? Well, as long as I remember Gumer Liston or one of the blogs I visited told about a story of quality against quantity contents. You may also check Melardenio's entry What a non-blogger missed out.It might inspire you to blog without expecting money.

The story's setup is in a classroom, the teacher divide the class into two wherein the half will make a quality made basket while the other group will make as many baskets as they can. Noticeably, the group that was assigned to make a quality basket was really making baskets in a slow production while the other group already made a lot of basket. The group with quantity noticed that they need to improvise what they are doing just for exploration and add some life into it. And they did. Note: I used basket because I really can't remember the real item they were supposed to do.

At the end of the day, when your blog is still not earning well (like mine), just go on with blogging. I may not be earning like John Chow and any other blogger who were able to receive monthly but at least with blogging I'll be able to learn new stuff everyday and keeping me aware with global trends.

The first payment I received was just accumulated way back April 2007 but my earnings started to grew March of this year. See image below.

Guess, I have wrote too much and yet not constructively written. Anyway, hope I have given an inspiration to those who wants to earn money online. Again, I'm really thankful to the blogging community who have inspired and helped me directly or indirectly to continue and go on with blogging. Most of them are all in my Blogroll.

P.S. I noticed that the Ark's My First Taste of Google Juice, How Sweet It Is was also August. I think August will be my favorite month now since it's also my son's birth month.

Well, I'm not really into hardcore gaming but cards and other simple game, I'm so into it. I've just visited Gmail blog today and look for some interesting posts. Though we (Gmail users) all know that Priority Inbox Beta is now available to our Gmail as soon as we login. Go ahead check it now by visiting your Gmail login.

Rapper TI and his wife Tameka Cottle arrested when police caught their vehicle smells marijuana. Couple who has been married last July 30 in a Secret Wedding Ceremony.

Discovery Channel Hostage taker James Jay Lee killed

Follow-up story: Discovery Channel hostage taker James Jay Lee has been taken down by police officers. James Lee, who held three hostages — two Discovery Communications employees and a security guard, fortunately were not hurt during the hostage crisis.

During the hostage crisis, Lee told NBC "I have several bombs strapped to my body ready to go off. I have a device that if I drop it, if I drop it, it will ... explode,". "I did a lot of research. I had to experiment," he said.

Well, thank god no one got hurt.

Man named James Jay Lee, a radical environmentalist held a few number of hostages at Discovery Channel headquarters in Silver Spring, MD.

James Jay Lee has been very vocal with his protest against Discovery Channel with their programming particularly promoting war and technology. Lee was already arrested during his protest in 2008 for disorderly conduct outside the Discovery Channel headquarters.

As of this posting, initial reports that Lee also have bomb wrapped on his body and treat him extremely dangerous. Also,a day care center in the building with 100 kids has been evacuated.

Officials are afraid that Lee might consider suicidal because of the alleged bomb wrapped around his body but negotiator continues to negotiate with Lee.

"We have no reports of injuries at this point," Manager said. "At this point, we're still negotiating with him."

Here are some of Lee's demand :

1. The Discovery Channel and it's affiliate channels MUST have daily television programs at prime time slots based on Daniel Quinn's "My Ishmael" pages 207-212 where solutions to save the planet would be done in the same way as the Industrial Revolution was done, by people building on each other's inventive ideas. Focus must be given on how people can live WITHOUT giving birth to more filthy human children since those new additions continue pollution and are pollution. A game show format contest would be in order. Perhaps also forums of leading scientists who understand and agree with the Malthus-Darwin science and the problem of human overpopulation. Do both. Do all until something WORKS and the natural world starts improving and human civilization building STOPS and is reversed! MAKE IT INTERESTING SO PEOPLE WATCH AND APPLY SOLUTIONS!!!!

2. All programs on Discovery Health-TLC must stop encouraging the birth of any more parasitic human infants and the false heroics behind those actions. In those programs' places, programs encouraging human sterilization and infertility must be pushed. All former pro-birth programs must now push in the direction of stopping human birth, not encouraging it.
